Each session blends breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and guided journaling to support emotional balance, inner connection, and spiritual grounding. We begin with ceremonial cacao or herbal tea to open the heart and set the tone. With a different theme each month, Sacred Sunday is your space to pause, reflect, and realign.
